We make most of our pasta in-house, using organic flour from a family business that has been making flour since 1867. Sure, it’s time consuming for a kitchen our size to make pasta from scratch, but there’s nothing better than the unique, delicate texture and rich flavor of house-made pasta. Especially when it’s covered in a creamy cheese sauce.
