Directions
- Place the Minty candy bars and cream together in a microwave-safe bowl and melt slightly for about 1 minute in a microwave. Whisk the ingredients well so the mixture looks shiny and glossy (keep it warm in the microwave so it stays melted).
- Put the cupcakes on a cooling rack with a cookie sheet underneath to capture any excess chocolate.
- Take the bowl out of the microwave and use a tablespoon to drizzle the chocolate ganache over each cupcake. Use the back of the spoon to smooth out the chocolate over the top of each cupcake.
- Place thinly sliced mint or a mint leaf on top of each cupcake to garnish.
