Yes! We do operate a unionized facility. In the case of our other locations, the direct relationship we’ve had with our employees for the past 30+ years is one we cherish. If a majority of employees chose to unionize, we would respect that decision. 

The majority of our 2,600 employees have not asked for unionization. Furthermore, no union has ever filed a petition for an election to provide Amy’s employees with a chance to vote.
