In Italy they call this Quattro Formaggi. We’ll stick with good old 4 Cheese, but ours is just as delicious. Fontina, provolone, Parmesan and mozzarella layered over our pizza sauce on a hand-stretched crust made with organic wheat flour. Soy free/tree nut free/kosher

Cooking Directions

Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove overwrap. Place pizza directly on oven rack. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust starts to brown. For a softer crust, bake on a baking sheet at 425°F for 10-13 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.

The Parmesan cheese we use in our recipes starts off in a wheel, not in a bag. Sure, it might be easier to use pre-shredded cheese, but we grate it ourselves. Because we believe that love and care simply make food taste better.
