Then we make smooth, coconut milk-based curry sauce and toss in organic onions, broccoli, carrots, tofu and delightfully sweet butternut squash. Fragrant jasmine rice completes the meal. It took us six years to develop the perfect Thai Red Curry, but it was well worth the wait. The secret is in the red curry paste, which we make ourselves. Aromatic herbs, kaffir lime leaves, organic lemongrass and red chiles are carefully blended with fragrant spices for a perfect balance of flavor.
