This easy-to-make cashew cheeze sauce is plant based and makes a satisfying addition to any Mexican-style Amy's Burrito.

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except sea salt, into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a high-speed blender, soak the cashews in water overnight to create a creamier consistency.
  2. Add sea salt to taste.

Drizzle this sauce on top of an Amy's burrito, or dip it in! Serve with Amy's Chipotle Salsa for extra flavor.
