Directions

  1. Drain the red peppers from the brine, finely chop and put into a bowl. Add the onions, cherry tomatoes and parsley; stir to combine.
  2. Crumble in the feta, season to taste and pour over the oil, gently fold together.
  3. Warm the Amy's Chunky Tomato Bisque according to package instructions, top with the red pepper salsa and serve.
