- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place mini phyllo pastry shells in mini muffin pan or on baking sheet.
- Fill each pastry shell with 1-2 tsp of Lentil Soup and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake until just heated and the cheese melts.
- Remove from oven. Garnish each shell with green onion.
Add mashed potatoes to the shell first to make mini shepherd’s pie bites!
