Chicken soup is great for whatever ails you this time of year - unless you're a vegetarian. Amy's new Thai coconut soup in a can has the same comforting, warming character as chicken noodle, without meat. It's a brothy, creamy soup with the flavors of coconut milk and lemongrass, studded with tofu, shiitake mushrooms, sweet potatoes and other organic vegetables. It would make a nice first course or a light meal and would go down easily if you're sick.

I am eating the Chunky Vegetable Soup for the first time while looking at your fantastic website. This is the BEST soup out of a can that I have ever eaten and I can honestly say I have tried several brands. Keep them coming. Can't wait to try some of your other products.
