Dear Amy,
Wow - I just had the new Southern Meals frozen dinner and it was fantastic!

I've weighed out my lunch options, and Amy's frozen meals are the best value by a long shot. I live in a suburb of Chicago, and we have lots of good choices for food. Any kind of quality food is going to cost more than $10 for lunch. Fast food can be had for closer to $5, but there's usually little or nothing healthy about it and I'm hungry again in about an hour.

For less than $5, I can have an Amy's meal that rivals restaurant flavors and is actually good for me. It's like I have a personal chef.
