Although most people with allergies to eggs are allergic to the protein in the egg white, some have problems with the yolk and a few can't tolerate either. While it is easier to avoid eggs in meals (especially Amy’s, we never use eggs) , it can be challenging to avoid eggs in desserts. Yes. In fact, we do not use eggs in any of our products. We are happy to report that your son can enjoy all of our meals without consequence.
