The Vegan Diet Plan
Following a vegan diet can pose its challenges, but Amy’s is here to help. Whether you are exploring how to eat healthy while avoiding all animal products, or you want try something new. Our two week vegan diet plan will be a great place to start. Amy’s has over 70 vegan items and most fit comfortably into our diet plan. We’ve added fresh fruits and veggies along with nondairy yogurts and milks to round out this meal plan. Like our other two diet plans, that were also created by Jill Nussinow, we offer substitutions and a shopping list. Enjoy!

Just ate one of Amy's new breakfast/ tofu vegies and hashbrowns. Was delicious. !!!! Happy to see that item added to your product line. Will now try the other breakfast. Bought both on sale yesterday at Whole Foods. Will go back and get some more before the sale finishes !!!
