Dear Amy's Kitchen,
Hello Amy's -

I work in advertising and spend more time surfing the desk than any person should. September 1st I made the decision to adjust my diet and start eating more healthful meals and snacks.

Checking out your 2 week meal plan helped me to incorporate Amy's products into my planning and is keeping me from going out to lunch at work  . . . Saving both money and poor quality food consumption.

During my weigh-in today I was excited to see that I dropped 8 pounds in the past 4 weeks.

Dear Amy's Kitchen,
A few years ago while trying to lose weight I was having the hardest time with portion control. Thanks to Amy's delicious meals I was able to control the amount of calories I was taking in and have a better idea of a proper serving size.  Amy's is my go-to when I am trying to make smarter decisions at dinner!  Thank you for all your great options!
