Succeeding Together
At Amy’s, we’re proud not only of what we’ve accomplished together, but what we’ve contributed to the lives of our employees and their families. We want to inspire people to care as much about organic food and sustainability as we do so we can lay the foundation for the wellbeing and happiness of future generations. To do so, we are continuing to build a thriving workplace where each employee is invited to learn, develop and work together to make our food and the world better.
Most Amy’s production employees in Santa Rosa, for example, generally earn from $40,000 to more than $75,000 on a full-time basis, before overtime and based on their roles and experience. This is in addition to our generous benefits package that is designed to keep our employees and their families physically, emotionally and financially healthy. That’s why we built on-site Family Health Centers at our Santa Rosa, Medford and Pocatello plants to make it as easy as possible for our employees to access affordable healthcare.
Other benefits include retirement savings plans, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, scholarships and discounts on Amy’s products.
“Amy’s ❤️ is a very safe and great place. Thanks for everything.”

“WE HEAR YOU”
Since Amy’s early days, company founders Andy and Rachel Berliner routinely have held “Listening Sessions” with small groups of employees across the company to answer questions, share insights and talk through issues. They cherished the opportunity to visit and talk together, just like any family might.
The rise of the pandemic, however, forced us to temporarily suspend such gatherings for everyone’s wellbeing. Our eagerness to restart the sessions was delayed by the Delta wave, then the Omicron wave – but with vaccination rates rising and COVID cases beginning to decline, we restarted our Listening Sessions in early 2022, still with various safeguards. These always have been and will continue to be popular opportunities for employees to chat openly about any range of topics.
