Paella Bowl

Traditional Spanish flavor, inspired by the recipe of a longtime friend, makes this paella come to life. Our vegetarian version still uses the authentic spices and flavors of the original, including saffron, paprika and garlic. We pair those alongside roasted tofu, Arborio rice and a host of organic veggies and peppers. The result is a dish that packs in the good stuff but also packs a lot of flavor. We make all of our own spice blends the way any chef does, carefully measuring out each spice we put into every recipe we cook. Sure, there are easier and faster ways to work, but we’re more concerned with flavor than speed.
