Cook from frozen. These veggie sausages are fully pre-baked. Please do not overcook. Overcooking will make them too dry.
Stovetop (Preferred Method) Heat on lightly oiled skillet for 6-7 minutes, turning frequently until product is sufficiently browned and heated throughout. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
Conventional or Toaster Oven Preheat oven to 350°F. Place veggie sausages on lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake for 11-12 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
Microwave Oven Remove from overwrap and place one or more veggie sausages in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Cook two veggie sausages for 35-45 seconds. Increase cooking time 15-20 seconds for every two additional veggie sausages. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Ovens may vary.
