Some Amy’s customers do not eat wheat and gluten, some don’t eat dairy, and still others just love to try something new and tasty. Amy’s gluten free, dairy free pizza should please them all. The gluten free rice crust, made with sprouted brown rice flour, is covered with roasted organic onions, shiitake mushrooms, red bell peppers and with marinated artichoke hearts. It is fully baked, allowing the flavor to soak into the crust for a delicious treat. Try cutting it into appetizer size pieces for your next party and it will remind you of the finest focaccia. So when we started getting letter after letter expressing how hard it was to find quick, gluten free meal options out there, we couldn’t help ourselves and decided to take it on.
