This mint shake is plant based and made with spinach to make it green without any added food coloring. Frozen Amy’s Minty candy pieces add bursts of minty flavor and texture to this thick and frosty shake. Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!
- Chop the candy bar into tiny pieces and freeze for at least 5 minutes.
- Blend the vegan ice cream, vegan milk, mint and spinach until smooth.
- Pour the shake into a glass.
- Add most of the pieces of the Amy’s Minty Candy to the glass and mix them into the shake.
- Sprinkle the remaining pieces on top and serve with a wide straw or long-handled spoon.
Add vegan whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles to make it even more festive!
