Cancer can affect so many people in different ways. We cannot purport to know anything about all the various cancers that exist, but we do know that people write us and let us know how our food has been a comfort and a help when fighting various cancers. Here are some letters;

Dear Amy,
Amy's KitchenOmigod. Words cannot express the mouth joy my husband and I experienced last night! Your cheese pizza! For 3 years now, I have been "punishing" myself eating cardboard-tasting foods and yucky fish. But your pizza was a gift from heaven!

I am among those one in eight women who had breast cancer, and of the large majority who become "estrogen receptive"...meaning I should not be eating hormones or soy. You can't imagine the hours it takes us to read every package we buy, and eating is not fun any more.  Until, that is, your pizza! It was without a doubt the BEST meal I have EVER had since my cancer. I am not kidding.  Tender, full of rich flavor, tasty, fresh.... shall I go on? It was an incredible treat. I can't believe that now I know there is a present for me whenever I get sick of eating yucky fish!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Amy's KitchenDear Amy,
hi.. I am a cancer patient just recovering from chemotherapy and radiation treatments. I find that I now have to eat gluten-free and lactose free foods.
Your frozen meals are one of the only things that I can tolerate unless I cook from scratch which I don't always have the energy to do.
Sincerely... Janet

Amy's KitchenDear Amy,
I have been going through Chemotherapy and have severe mouth sores. Your Potato, Leek soup, Butternut Squash & Cr. of Mushroom soup have been a God send. Thank you so much for the tastiness, and quality of your products.
Sincerely, God Bless, Susan Mason
