Black Bean Tamale Verde
All the ingredients for our Black Bean Tamales are carefully selected and prepared. The organic masa (ground and cooked corn) is poured onto individual parchments, filled with tender organic black beans and a mixture of organic vegetables, chilis and jalapenos, and then folded and steamed. The tamales are then unwrapped by hand, topped with our delicious verde sauce and served with a side of Spanish rice made from organic brown rice.

I just want to THANK YOU for all of your Gluten free foods -- it is so nice to have the guess work taken out of what I might or might not be able to eat -- if there's a choice, I always choose your product. I was diagnosed celiac 2 years ago and have been on the gluten-free diet since. I just had my antibodies retested and they are now at normal levels. I have to give part of the credit to you -- and thank you for giving me so many clearly labeled choices. PS I love your rice crust pizza. Thanks again, keep up the great work.
