We decided to come out with this individual-sized, simple, basic ''cheese'', pizza as a delicious alternative for those who choose to avoid both dairy and gluten. The light, tender gluten free rice crust is topped with completely dairy-free, soy-based mozzarella cheeze and Amy's signature Italian pizza sauce made with organic sun-ripened tomatoes and a special blend of herbs.

I generally tend to stay away from frozen foods after many a bad experience with them. However, this past Sunday I was at my local Whole Foods in Chicago when I decided that I didn't want to cook dinner that night, so I wandered over to the frozen food section and, after perusing a bit, I picked up your Cheese Enchilada.
Needless to say, I was quite amazed at how good it was! It truly tasted like I had just ordered out from a Mexican restaurant. I loved it and I will recommend your brand to all of my friends and family. Thanks for making a great product!!
