Amy's Aunt Rentia, who teaches yoga, often cooks black beans, quinoa and vegetables starting "from scratch" - soaking the beans overnight, simmering them for hours in a crock pot, then chopping and steaming vegetables and cooking quinoa. Our family has enjoyed many a dinner at her home, marveling at how such simple food could be so tasty. We decided to create a similar meal for our customers to enjoy, without all the work.
