Dear Amy,
This feels a little odd... I've never written a "fan letter" to
a frozen food company before...
But I just wolfed down a Palak Paneer for
the umpeenth time and felt compelled to write and say, "keep up the good
work!"
I love good food and I think I'm pretty good cook, so my favorite
lunches are my own leftovers. When there aren't leftovers, it's off to the
freezer. When it's not Amy's, it's never anything more than just something
to put in my belly.
Your products, on the hand, are consistently delicious.
They could easily pass for "just baked."
Bravo! Ken Duffield
