Amy’s Light in Sodium Spicy Chili

The following new frozen and grocery products will be available soon.
Amy’s Baked Ziti Bowl (9.5 ounces, suggested retail price: $4.29). To their line of popular pasta dishes, Amy’s now adds a unique one… pasta made from rice flour rather than the usual wheat flour, along with organic peas and dairy-free, soy-based mozzarella and ricotta cheezes, in Amy’s superb pasta sauce made from vine ripened, slowly simmered organic tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and classic Italian herbs and spices. This light and tasty bowl is non-dairy (vegan) and can be enjoyed by anyone looking for a great-tasting pasta dish. No gluten ingredients added. Dairy free. Vegan.
Amy’s Rice Crust Spinach Pizza (12 ounces, suggested retail price: $4.29) Amy’s search for pizzas that satisfy everyone’s needs goes on. Here is one that is not only free of gluten ingredients, but can also be enjoyed by those who do not eat dairy and by anyone looking for a unique, great-tasting treat. The light tender rice crust is topped with a blend of nutritious organic spinach and completely dairy-free, soy-based mozzarella and ricotta cheezes, and of course Amy’s incomparable authentic Italian pizza sauce made with organic sun-ripened tomatoes and Amy’s special blend of herbs. No gluten ingredients added. Dairy free. Vegan.
Amy’s Vegetarian Breakfast Patties (8 ounces, suggested retail price: $4.29) Whether for a leisurely, substantial breakfast or a quick meal on the go, Amy’s Breakfast Patties fit the bill. For those with time, one or two of Amy’s Breakfast Patties added to the usual morning meal will be just right. For those in a hurry, popping a breakfast patty on a bun or toasted English muffin, with perhaps a slice of cheese, will do the trick. Made with organic grains and vegetables and just a hint of Italian “sausage” spicing, Amy’s Breakfast Patties are high in protein and really delicious. And of course, they can be eaten any time of the day, not just for breakfast! Dairy free. Vegan.
Amy’s Indian Paneer Tikka
(9.5 ounces, suggested retail price: $4.29) When Amy’s Indian chef, Saroj, worked on this recipe, she created her own authentic blend of spices (masala) instead of using a prepared mix. Then she added the masala to a base of organic crushed tomatoes and coconut milk, with soft, creamy cubes of Paneer (Indian cheese) to produce a marvelously tasty, but not too hot, dish. Alongside the Paneer Tikka are Aloo Palak (delicately spiced organic chopped spinach and tender organic potatoes), and organic basmati rice flavored with cumin and carrots.
Amy’s Indian Spinach Tofu Wrap (5.5 ounces, suggested retail price: $2.29) Another delicious addition to Amy’s growing line of home style Indian meals. Made with organic spinach and tofu. Amy’s newest wrap is a quick and easy breakfast, savory lunch or perfect for any time of day. Vegan.
Amy’s Thai Coconut Soup (14.1 ounces, suggested retail price: $2.29)
Amy’s version of the traditional “Thom Kha Phak”, so popular in Thai restaurants, combines sweet, smooth coconut milk with gently warming Thai spices, organic tofu, lemongrass, shiitake mushrooms, sweet potatoes and other organic vegetables. This delicate, flavorful soup is a fine introduction to Thai cuisine.
Amy’s Tuscan Bean and Rice Soup (14.1 ounces, suggested retail price: $2.29)
This delicious soup is almost a stew, substantial and nourishing like the pranzo (midday meal) eaten in Tuscany, Italy. Organic barlotti beans, for which that region is noted, brown rice, and fresh tasting organic vegetables make it a thoroughly satisfying meal. Buon Appetito!
