I just want to THANK YOU for all of your Gluten free foods -- it is so nice to have the guess work taken out of what I might or might not be able to eat -- if there's a choice, I always choose your product. I was diagnosed celiac 2 years ago and have been on the gluten-free diet since. I just had my antibodies retested and they are now at normal levels. I have to give part of the credit to you -- and thank you for giving me so many clearly labeled choices. PS I love your rice crust pizza. Thanks again, keep up the great work.
