Take the Cake
Sure, the new year offers an opportunity to herald in healthy habits, but some of us think the emphasis should fall on "habits" rather that "healthy." For an addictive taste of dessert nirvana, we recommend Amy's Organic Cakes. Dear Amy,
I just ate your Indian Mattar Paneer meal and had to stop myself from licking the tray clean. It's the best-frozen meal out there.
I began buying them a few years back for my lunch at work because of the high protein/fiber/low sodium (compared to others) and comparatively low carb content. I appreciate also that I can recognize all of the ingredients on the box. Great food!
