Stuff 1 Whole wheat pita with 1 cooked Amy's Texas veggie burger, lettuce, onion and tahini sauce (4tsp tahini, mixed with 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp water and 1/2 tsp crushed garlic). Serve with 1 large sliced tomato topped with 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp olive oil.

The crust with olive oil was wonderful and the topping had so much flavor. The texture was perfect. I am Italian, and I grew up with foods fried in nothing but olive oil. You can't beat the tast of it. We also love the fact that all of the ingredients are organic. We are looking forward to purchasing many more of your products. Thank you for your great pizza!
