Stuff 1 Whole wheat pita with 1 cooked Amy's Texas veggie burger, lettuce, onion and tahini sauce (4tsp tahini, mixed with 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp water and 1/2 tsp crushed garlic). Serve with 1 large sliced tomato topped with 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp olive oil.
Dinner 500 calories
Souh-of-the-Border Casserole
One Amy's Light in Sodiumm Mexican Casserole Bowl, 1 cup steamed vegetables (cauliflower or broccoli) tossed with 1 tbsp sliced almonds, 1/2 tsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice.

I have seen Amy's products over the last few years in the frozen isle. I recently purchased the Indian Mattar Paneer. WOW - can I tell you that it was one of the best - if not the best - frozen item I have ever had. I was completely full from the entree. It was flavorful, delicious, and had such distinct Indian flavors. I thought it would be good but the meal was outstanding. Keep up the good work. I am looking forward to being a loyal customer. Furthermore, I think it is extremely important that you use organic products and appreciate that your company does so.
