As I have had a severe dairy allergy my whole life I'd become rather accustomed to disappointment with 'quick fix' foods. Everything either had cheese in it, on it, or didn't taste like much of anything without it. One day I saw the Amy's Kitchen Roasted Vegetable Pizza with a big "No Cheese" on it.
I was amazed.
I've since come to love all your non-dairy products and even appreciate their clear, up-front 'Non-dairy' labeling, it's nice to save a few seconds at the grocery store in between ingredient checking every other item. I'm not one to usually write letters to distant companies but your company makes my life a little bit easier, and my dinners a little more delicious. Thanks.
A Microwavable Fiesta
Enchilada Dinners from Amy’s. We liked both types: bean-and-cheese and cheese-only. Each has sides of corn or rice and beans; both make quite a satisfying meal.
