Pizza upgrades simple, nutritious
Amy's cornmeal crust upgrade: Amy's Kitchen 3 Cheese Pizza with Cornmeal Crust is good on its own. The crust definitely helps it stand out from all the other cheesy pizzas. But it's even better when a smattering of mushrooms are thrown into the mix. Use the standard button mushrooms or chop up some baby portobellos. If you're feeling adventurous, find some shiitake or cressini. Slice up your favorites, place them on the pizza and bake. Don't go too crazy with the mushrooms or you'll end up with a sad, soggy mess. Amy's Kitchen also offers a roasted vegetable vegan pizza that can be dressed up with soy cheese or small dollops of vegan pesto

It's me again! Everytime I try a new product (one that I haven't tried yet) of Amy's I must email ya'll to tell ya'll how great it is. Well, this past weekend I bought 3 of your pizzas at Whole Foods because they were on sale. Tuesday night I made both the Soy Cheeze and the Spinach. They were delish!! My son just loved the Spinach. We first tried Spinach pizza the following week at Cici's Pizza, and I told him before he took a bite that this pizza was way better. He agreed!!! My husband didn't even have a problem with the soy cheeze - I didn't tell him that it was soy cheeze until after he finished eating it.
Amy's has the best frozen foods out there. I have never had so many dishes from one company that tasted so great. I have yet to be let down by any of your dishes.
P.S. - I think ya'll should come out with a cookbook. Has anyone else ever suggested that?
Thanks.
