The latest food trend: gluten-free products, spurred by the growing number of children diagnosed with celiac disease. In this autoimmune disorder affecting up to 1 in 133 Americans, the body overreacts to gluten, a protein in many grains, such as wheat, barley, and rye. I have seen Amy's products over the last few years in the frozen isle. I recently purchased the Indian Mattar Paneer. WOW - can I tell you that it was one of the best - if not the best - frozen item I have ever had. I was completely full from the entree. It was flavorful, delicious, and had such distinct Indian flavors. I thought it would be good but the meal was outstanding. Keep up the good work. I am looking forward to being a loyal customer. Furthermore, I think it is extremely important that you use organic products and appreciate that your company does so.
