Veggie burger
Stuff 1 Whole wheat pita with 1 cooked Amy's Texas veggie burger, lettuce, onion and tahini sauce (4tsp tahini, mixed with 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp water and 1/2 tsp crushed garlic). Serve with 1 large sliced tomato topped with 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp olive oil.
Dinner 500 calories
Souh-of-the-Border Casserole
One Amy's Light in Sodiumm Mexican Casserole Bowl, 1 cup steamed vegetables (cauliflower or broccoli) tossed with 1 tbsp sliced almonds, 1/2 tsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice.

I have just discovered your Cheddar Burgers. First, I must say that we got hooked on your burritos a couple months ago. Even my non-veg hubby loves them! The stash in our freezer is not to fall below 4...just in case. But, the CHEDDAR BURGERS! Oh, my gosh. I am now officially in love with Amy's. I truthfully can not WAIT to try the other stuff you have available!! And the stash in the freezer for Cheddar burgers may have to go to 2 boxes... Hmmm. I think we may have to buy another freezer, just for Amy's products!
