The Healthiest New Soups

Soup's reputation as a dietfriendly food isn't entirely deserved: Some versions are loaded with fat and salt. Instead choose soups without cream or butter, and with fewer than 600 milligrams of sodium per serving, advises Molly Kimball, R.D., a nutritionist at Ochsner Health Systems' Elmwood Fitness Center in New Orleans. I have enjoyed your healthy products for years. Your Multigrain Cereal is tremendous, great flavor, not filling from excess fat or sugary from excess sugar. I just discovered yesterday and so far I plan on having it every morning. Thank you for truly delivering on healthy foods. You are one of the few food makers who do so.
