Veggie burger
Stuff 1 Whole wheat pita with 1 cooked Amy's Texas veggie burger, lettuce, onion and tahini sauce (4tsp tahini, mixed with 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp water and 1/2 tsp crushed garlic). Serve with 1 large sliced tomato topped with 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp olive oil.
Dinner 500 calories
Souh-of-the-Border Casserole
One Amy's Light in Sodiumm Mexican Casserole Bowl, 1 cup steamed vegetables (cauliflower or broccoli) tossed with 1 tbsp sliced almonds, 1/2 tsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice.

After reading numerous posts on the net about how amazing your veggie burgers are, I was finally able to give them a try today. I had the Texas Burger and it totally blew my mind, and my taste buds! I've been trying a lot of different brands of veggie burgers lately and this is BY FAR the absolute winner. Thanks again for a fantastic product that I can feel great about eating!
