Soup's reputation as a dietfriendly food isn't entirely deserved: Some versions are loaded with fat and salt. A cup of cream of onion, for example, contains 9 grams of fat and more than 1,000 milligrams of sodium-that's over a third of what you should get all day. Instead choose soups without cream or butter, and with fewer than 600 milligrams of sodium per serving, advises Molly Kimball, R.D., a nutritionist at Ochsner Health Systems' Elmwood Fitness Center in New Orleans. I have been meaning to send an email for quite some time. Now finally I get around to it! I just wanted to tell you how WONDERFUL I think the Black Bean Vegetable Enchilada's are. They are my very most favorite thing to eat EVER. If my freezer wasn't so small, I'd FILL it with the enchilada's. The other Amy's products are excellent as well. But your enchilada's have made me very happy.
