Lunch 425 calories
Veggie burger
Stuff 1 Whole wheat pita with 1 cooked Amy's Texas veggie burger, lettuce, onion and tahini sauce (4tsp tahini, mixed with 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp water and 1/2 tsp crushed garlic). Serve with 1 large sliced tomato topped with 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp olive oil.
Dinner 500 calories
Souh-of-the-Border Casserole
One Amy's Light in Sodiumm Mexican Casserole Bowl, 1 cup steamed vegetables (cauliflower or broccoli) tossed with 1 tbsp sliced almonds, 1/2 tsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice.

I just ate the Veggie Steak & Gravy Whole Meal. It had to be one of the most delicious meals I have ever eaten! I don't know how you do it, but I am now a loyal Amy's patron at my local supermarket. I have been eating Amy's soups for a while, and I love them, too. Whatever you do, just please keep it up!!!

I just had to take a moment an tell you how GREAT your Amy's Medium Chili tastes! WOW, it is with out a doubt the best chili I've ever eaten. Have you ever thought of entering it in a chili competion? Keep up the delicious work!
