Brunchaticious

Amy's Kitchen has impressed us again, this time with its Vegetarian Breakfast Patties. These actually taste more like a veggie burger than sausage, thanks to organic vegetables and wheat in place of soy, with just a touch of sausage flavoring. Put these patties in a sandwich if you aren't in a brunch state of mind. Amy's has also busted out some other fabulous frozen products, including a Baked Ziti Bowl with soy cheese and a subtly spiced Indian Spinach Tofu Wrap.

Your Comments
Thank you so much for creating the gluten-free Baked Ziti kids meal! My daughter Sarah, 8, was diagnosed with Celiac disease only last January.
One of her very favorite foods has always been pasta. While I can fix
her gluten free pasta that I buy from health food stores, she missed the 'coolness' of frozen dinners. Her eyes lit up when she saw this in the store's freezer and
she loves how it all tastes, especially the focaccia bread and pasta.
We're all learning how to eat to live instead of living to eat, but
every little thing I can do to make her feel like she's 'normal'
(whatever that is) and not missing out on so much helps her as she
adjusts to the gluten-free diet. The only thing I ask is that you maybe
come up with other frozen dinners for kids.
Thanks again,
Sue Hickle
