Soup's reputation as a dietfriendly food isn't entirely deserved: Some versions are loaded with fat and salt. A cup of cream of onion, for example, contains 9 grams of fat and more than 1,000 milligrams of sodium-that's over a third of what you should get all day. Instead choose soups without cream or butter, and with fewer than 600 milligrams of sodium per serving, advises Molly Kimball, R.D., a nutritionist at Ochsner Health Systems' Elmwood Fitness Center in New Orleans. Just wanted to let you know that your frozen gluten free food is wonderful. Thank you. I really enjoy the (rice crust) pizza and (rice pasta) vegetable lasagna, but the (rice pasta) macaroni and cheese is really great. It is hard to find pre-made food that is safe to eat, so when I found your line of products, I nearly shouted in the store. Keep up the good work. Shelley
