Stuff 1 Whole wheat pita with 1 cooked Amy's Texas veggie burger, lettuce, onion and tahini sauce (4tsp tahini, mixed with 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp water and 1/2 tsp crushed garlic). Serve with 1 large sliced tomato topped with 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp olive oil.
Dinner 500 calories
Souh-of-the-Border Casserole
One Amy's Light in Sodiumm Mexican Casserole Bowl, 1 cup steamed vegetables (cauliflower or broccoli) tossed with 1 tbsp sliced almonds, 1/2 tsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice.

Beth And I Ran Into Your Section Of Foods At Our Local Grocer. First thing we always do while shopping is check product ingredients. We read "Amy's made from organic spinach and tomatoes PIZZA spinach" ingredients and to our liking there is NO partially hydrogenated vegetable oils and no MSG, 2 ingredients that we stay away from for health concerns. We gave the pizza a try. "IT IS THE BEST FROZEN PIZZA we have ever eaten". Smell, taste, texture, after taste, perfect amounts of toppings, all organic! This pizza rivals even pizza parlor pizzas made fresh. I have been a pizza monster since the beginning of my time, along the way making pizza from scratch, now instead of all the work involved in making pizza we simply buy Amy's frozen pizza. Life is more exciting with your foods in it. Amy Your ravioli is next on our list. Thank you Amy's Kitchen from the bottom of my heart.
