Girl Amy's Texas
Burger
We spend so much time RAVING about Amy's soups and various
and sundry frozen entrees and snacks, that we sometimes forget
they have a whole line of veggie burgers. So to get reacquainted
with them, we ran out and bought a box of Texas Burgers and
got busy with our grill pan. Let's start out by saying that
pretty much EVERYTHING Amy's puts out is effortlessly delicious.
SOMEONE over at that company has EXCELLENT taste buds (and
coming from us, that's a huge compliment). It's as if they
make all their foods taste good without even trying (not sure
if that makes sense
or not, but it's truly how we feel). These burgers are certainly
no exception. Described as "barbecue
flavor", these patties are sweet, smoky, and even a little
nutty (they contain walnuts). All we can say is MMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!
WOW... this burger has quickly become our current veggie patty
fave. If you haven't tried these and you're a fan of veggie
patties, grab a box of these things ASAP. (BTW, we've found
that Whole Foods typically has the best selection.) You'll
thank us.
