We loved this heat-and-eat dinner, and not just because it
isn’t the usual run-of-the-mill frozen meal in a box.
The sweet cheese, spicy curried peas, and delicate basmati
rice combine for a thoroughly satisfying meal. It’s
a good substitute when you’d love to head to your favorite
Indian restaurant, but errands (or Desperate
Housewives) keep you at home.
