Light in Sodium SoupAmy's Kitchen, known for its natural and organic convenience foods, adds three "light in sodium" soups to its line - Cream of Tomato, Lentil Vegetable and Butternut Squash. All were suitable to fix a soup craving, but you might want to spice up your bowl a bit with some pepper or grated cheese. About $2.29 a can at health-food stores and most supermarket chains.
