It's now easier than ever
to serve nutritious meals in no time.
Hundreds of manufacturers specializing
in nutritious convenience foods gather annually in Washington,
DC, to impress supermarket buyers with their latest creations.
This year, the companies had one more group to win over: Child invited
six kids and their parents to attend the meeting -- called
the Natural Products Expo East -- and report on the tastiest,
healthiest, most time-saving foods.
The children, ages 5 to 8, traveled from booth to booth with their parents,
sampling all kinds of items. At the end of the day, each family -- full and
happy -- handed in its list of surefire winners. All of their picks are now
available at health food stores; some are in supermarkets.

1. Amy's Country Cheddar Bowl
The cheesy rotini in this frozen meal is so good that kids don't seem to mind

tofu. "Graham went crazy over this -- he didn't even pick out the veggies," Child taster
Adrienne Tufts says of her 5-year-old son.
Many
of our customers have said that they have lost weight eating Amy’s.
So, we got to thinking… Wouldn’t it be great
if we had our own Diet Plan? With the help of Sonoma County dietician,
Jill Nussinow, we created The Amy’s Diet. Try it out now! READ
