Enjoy these end-of-summer bites:

Frozen bowl meals often leave much to be desired. But Amy's Kitchen Bowls are not only tasty, but also healthful. The Santa Rosa organic frozen food manufacturer has four bowl varieties: Brown Rice & Vegetables, Stuffed Pasta Shells, Santa Fe Enchilada and Teriyaki. They're made with ingredients such as organic mushrooms, sesame tahini, low-fat ricotta, tofu, and corn tortillas. All are vegetarian. They can be heated in a microwave or conventional oven.

The frozen bowls are about $3.50, and are available at Whole Foods, Mollie Stone's and Andronico's.
