Amy did the cooking

The latest in the lineup of heat-and-eat foods from Amy's Kitchen is a spicy, satisfying, authentic Indian Mattar Paneer. Ample-sized plates include curried peas and buttery, rich Indian cheese coupled with chana masala, or garbanzos in spicy tomatoes and organic white rice. Amy's meals are all organic and vegetarian and never include eggs or GMOs. The meals come frozen, on paper trays that can be either microwaved or cooked in an oven. The dinners pack just 320 calories. They cost $3.99 and are available at Whole Foods.
