Rose WilsonDear Madam:

My name is Rose Wilson, and I am an eigth grader at Dorseyville Middle School. I am writing to you about your pizza, which is nothing short of great!

I am a huge fan of your organic cheese pizza. It fulfills all of my wishes to finally find healthy and delicious pizza. When I think of organic, I think, "get me the real thing!" But, this is better than any pizza I have ever tasted. It gives me something quick and easy to make when I am in a time crunch. It also gives me something to make on those late nights.

It is my pleasure to tell you that everything about this pizza is fabulous. I have not tried any of your other foods, but I am sure they are delicious too. Do you have any recommendations for any of your other foods?

Thank you very much for taking the time to read my letter. I hope I hear back from you! Happy cooking.

Sincerely,
Rose Wilson

Dear Amy's Kitchen,

I just wanted to thank you for making such a wonderful product. As a
college student, I have been practically living off of frozen dinners
for the last four years. This year, my university began stocking Amy's
products, and for the first time I am actually excited to eat dinner!
Every meal that you make is excellent and healthy too. I have tried
numerous brands of frozen foods, and I can honestly say that Amy's
Kitchen is by far the best. Each meal is something that I would have
made for myself if I could cook in the dorm. I look forward to trying
more of your products. Thank you very much!

Sincerely,
Mary Lewis

A happy Amy's fan and University of San Francisco student

Dear Amy's kitchen cooks,
I just finished eating your vegetable pot pie meal and I cannot tell you how super dooper amazing it was!! Not only was it amazing but I was thrilled to read on the package that it was made with all organic ingredients. I am a vegetarian college student and I am currently obsessive compulsive about eating healthful, organic foods – especially since the college environment doesn't provide students with very healthy options :( Not only that but with my busy schedule the frozen dishes are excellent for me here at school. I am now hooked on your vegetarian pot
pie and eager to try your other vegetarian products!
Thank You for doing what you do!

Best, Jessica

Brittany in Paris with Amy's ShirtBrittany Andrews, Student at Brigham Young University and big Amy’s fan just returned from Europe. Here is a picture of Brittany in Paris along with a brief digital postcard:

“Well I must say that I went through some serious Amy's withdrawals while I was in France! When I got home from the airport, there were 2 cans of Amy's soup waiting for me on my dresser! My mom said that she was going to buy flowers, but she knew I would appreciate the soup more! There was also a spinach pizza in the freezer. My first two meals back in Colorado were Amy's Cream of Tomato soup and Amy's Spinach pizza! It was marvelous!

There is one restaurant that my friends and I frequented in Paris, called le Paradis du Fruit, that has some vegetarian dishes. For the most part though, the French love meat, but everywhere had really good salads and vegetable soup. Paris needs Amy's!

Take care,
brittany

Dear Amy,
Aloha from the Big Island of Hawaii. We are a small private school, PARKER SCHOOL(enrollment 250 students K-12) in the small community of Waimea.
I am the Food Services Manager, and when I began here I changed the acceptance of dismal lunches to the concept of healthy fare. Thus, Amy’s Lunches. I think we are the only school in Hawaii with a lunch program of Amy's Meals served daily. I seem to be purchasing cases and cases weekly.  The most popular items are the Amy's Cheese Pizza Pocket's and the Cheese Enchilada Meal. The students are very happy and the parents seem pleased with the food choices for their children. Thank you for your top quality and tasty products.

Aloha,
Dorinda Hamilton

Dear Amy,
I'm a freshman in college, and I was a little worried about not having a kitchen to use when I came to school. Thankfully however, I do have a microwave and a freezer, and there's a grocery store within walking distance that sells your products. I just finished eating the Indian Mattar Tofu meal, and it smelled, looked, and tasted wonderful! Thank you for making such a variety of great tasting and nutritious meals. They've definitely been a blessing :)

Some schools go organic for lunch

The Seattle school district recently adopted a new policy banning junk food and encouraging organic food in school cafeterias. California school districts in Berkeley, Santa Monica, and Palo Alto have organic food programs.

And through a program sponsored by the organic yogurt company Stonyfield Farm, schools in Rhode Island, California, Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire and Connecticut have or are getting new vending machines stocked with all-organic treats.

The tempting smell of pepperoni pizza drifted through the air as students poured into the cafeteria.

But 11-year-old Cameron Landry walked straight past the cheesy slices and started piling organic lettuce, pita pockets and blueberries on his tray.

Sounds like a nutritionist's dream. But it's reality at Lincoln Elementary. The school's organic salad bar has proven so popular — and surprisingly economical — that all Olympia grade schools now have one.

"The food is pretty good. And it's much better because you actually have a choice," Landry said as he chowed down on salad. "Otherwise, it's 'eat this or nothing!'"
