Easy Tomato chutney
This chutney is so simple and goes great with Amy’s Samosa Wrap
or Amy’s Tofu Spinach Wrap
Combine:
2 cups diced plum tomato (canned or fresh)
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon Garam Masala seasoning
1 minced garlic clove
Place in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook
20 minutes or until thickened.
