Stressed Out?

Dark circles are forming under your eyes. There’s
a zit near your nose and your hair is looking limp and lifeless.
Why? Could be you're stressed out.
Chances
are it's nothing major, but life's little aggravations can
add up. Your parents mean well, but sometimes they really
bug you. The guy you’ve been dating has been acting
distant. And a big term paper is due next week. While none
of these problems on their own are overwhelming, when you
add them all up, it can contribute to major stress. But, you
don't have to let stress take a toll on your attitude or your
appearance.
An attitude adjustment can make all the difference. Take
time out to relax. Flip through your favorite magazine, read
a good book, listen to your favorite music or watch a video
(preferably a funny one—laughter has been proven to
help relieve tension).
