Amy's Lunch Menu

Looking
for some tasty new ideas when you are hungry for a snack or
a light meal? Here are my current favorites. I hope
you enjoy them,

Quesadillas:
Organic flour or corn tortillas with melted organic cheese,
Amy’s new Refried Beans, chopped organic lettuce, chopped
olives, Amy’s new Salsa, chopped organic tomatoes, organic
cilantro, and organic grated cheese, with Sparkling Pink Lemonade
to drink.
Fruit Salad:
With organic peaches, bananas, strawberries, grapes, and some
sort of melon (watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe).
Cheese and Peach bowl:
Get your protein and fruit at the same time with a tasty bowl
of cut organic cheese and organic peaches mixed together,
with glass of water to drink.
Veggie Burger:
Amy’s California, Texas, Chicago, or All American Burger
with an organic whole wheat bun, organic ketchup, organic
mustard, Cascadian Farms organic sweet relish, one piece of
lettuce, a slice of organic tomato, and some slices of organic
cheese, with a cold glass of milk to drink.
Tortellini:
My new favorite Amy’s product is the Pesto Tortellini,
so I snack on it all the time. Try adding Parmesan and eating
a salad on the side, with a glass of homemade lemonade to
drink.
Amy’s Snacks
