Anorexia

EmailDear Amy,
My name is Alexis Jones and I am writing to you to thank you for putting out such wonderful, nutritious products that are so convenient. I wanted to let you know that your products do more for people than you might know.

I am recently recovered from anorexia. While I was in treatment, several of my friends found your products soooo helpful as they went through the difficult, yet rewarding process of reintroducing themselves and their bodies to proper, nutritious food. Many of us were grateful for your products because they provided a range of foods that were appetizing and appealing, yet "safe" for us as people who have particularly heightened awareness of nutrition.

Thanks for all you do!
Sincerely,
Alexis Jones

Staying Organic

EmailDear Amy
I just had to write and say thank you for your wonderful frozen foods. You probably get tons of letters like this one everyday but I had to let you know how wonderful your company is.

I've been a vegetarian for over 3 years (I'm 16), but I'm the only one in my family! This is hard on my single working mother, who spends way beyond the regular 9 to 5 at the office and doesn't have much time to pull together two separate meals each night - one for myself and one for her and my brother.

While health is a very important issue in my mom's eyes - she's tries to buy organic whenever she can and makes sure everyone takes their multivitamin everyday - creating healthy vegetarian meals just for me is tough. That's why I absolutely love Amy's products. Usually, my mom or I will just prepare something vegetarian for all of us to eat because it's simply easier that way but sometimes my mom and brother really want meat, which is where you guys come in!

Amy's KitchenI absolutely love your Veggie Loaf Whole Meal and Tofu Vegetable Lasagna. They're also great on nights when my mom's working late and my brother just pops a frozen chicken meal in the microwave - I have my delicious healthy frozen meal too! Your burritos and pocket sandwiches are wonderful for afterschool, especially when I have 5 hours of homework a night and no time to get into a big production for an afterschool meal (I usually just have a protein bar, some water, and an apple or an orange during school lunch because I hate sandwiches and our school doesn't offer vegetarian lunches - so I have a big "snack" when I get home).

I don't worry so much about my protein intake and whether I'm getting all the nutrients I should when I'm eating Amy's - just a glance at the nutrition facts lets me know I'm going to be fine! I eat Amy's at least 3 times a week. I've tried many other frozen vegetarian foods and they just don't compare. Plus, a lot of them aren't organic and are filled with all sorts of chemicals and preservatives. That defeats part of being vegetarian - how healthy can consuming chemicals be?

I want to live a long, healthy life - and Amy's is part of that experience. Thank you again for your fantastic products!

Sincerely,
Sara Shtrauch

Going Vegan

EmailDear Amy and Family,
I have been a vegetarian now vegan for 14 years and I thought you would like to know that your fabulous foods are a great part of my daily life! I love your non dairy burritos(vegan), the enchilada dinners, two variety's, one with rice and beans and the other with two vegan vegetable enchilada's! I love your stir-fries, soups and sauces!

I educate people everyday on the benefits of a vegan lifestyle! Though vegetarian seems great, for me, there are still TOO MANY animals that suffer through dairy production and so I am vegan. NO ANIMAL SUFFERS for me to survive. I even wrote a book called "GOING VEGAN" which I sell on LindaBlair.com.

Everyone who tries your products absolutely loves them! I am very grateful to your family for making such fabulous foods and making them accessible to the public! You have made our world a much better and easier place to live!

Thank You! Congratulations and keep up the great work on Lemonslice! You're the best!

Love Linda Blair

What's Your Favorite

LetterDear Amy,

How do you make such good food? Ever since my mom had her 3rd child she has been unable to cook. Amy's food has really made her life easier. Thanks!

My dad's favorite is the frozen Enchilada with beans and rice. My mom's is the frozen Pizza Pie. Casey, my sister, loves the Pizza Pocket. My brother, Nick, likes Cannelloni and Mac & Cheese (one foe each hand). As for myself, I like the Cheese Lasangne. Even though we have our favorites we still like them all!!

My name is Jessie Lambiase. My hobbies are playing guitar and art. My best friend Sara said your Pizza Pockets are the BEST under the sun! I know how busy you are, but if you have the chance please write back.

Fabulous Lemonslice!

EmailDear Amy
While I may be a little older than most of your fans (I'm 22) I have to say, the lemonslice is FABULOUS!! I'm a big fan of the Amy's foods, but I'm with you, I hate mushrooms : ) My personal fave is the Cheese Enchilada dinner...i simply have a hard time believing that these fabulous foods are good for me!

Amy's KitchenWhile I'm not a vegetarian, I have made a commitment to eating healthy, and have gained alot of energy and lost alot of weight (almost 40lbs!) and in part, I have Amy's Kitchen to thank, because I can enjoy nutritious, healthy, organic foods that are quick and easy to make.

I'm now a Mentor for other girls my age (and sometimes younger) who are trying to change their eating habits, and having just stumbled on The Lemonslice, I'll be passing the link on to ALL of them! There's so much great information here, and I really appreciate the hard work you put into it! Keep it up!

Thanks again
