WOW,
Years ago I was diagnosed with some serious herat related issues requiring a complete change in lifestyle or simply put die! I now search constantly for foods that maintain a healty alternative to the typically slow killing processed foods.
This past Memorial weekend my wife and I were in Yosemite National Park getting ready to begin our day of hiking, we visited the store for some quick healthy snacks and came across Amy's salsa,Black bean and Corn. After one taste I was hooked and have been searching every store in town to locate some and hopefully we will locate it soon. I have consumed the first jar in 5 days and have put it on everything from eggs to baked potatoes and simply love the fresh wholesome taste of all the freshness.
I'am very thankful to your company for preparing such great tasting foods and at the same time giving people like myself a way to enjoy good healty foods.
After the lose of 170lbs and leaving cigarettes were they belong, in the store, these foods serve to assist me in my constant campaign to stay healthy.
Thank You!
Paul Chapman
PS any assistance in locating your salsa would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Amy & family, My deepest symphthy in the loss of your beautiful Stormy. I know the sting and sadness of losing your pet, actally a family member. We loss our beautiful Andre Black Jack, better known as Andy boy. A tiny miniature black poodle. Was with us 14 years. Then my daughter just lose her beloved Adopted dog Jack. She brought him back to life after he was a "throw away dog" the animal shelter told her. No guarantees that he'll survive. She made him live again, brought him back to better health. But, when the Vet examined him at his latest checkup, he found a lump and operated and after that he did not live very long. But for 10 months he lived the life of royalty. She had one adoptee before Jack, and then went on to save another dog, his name is Cujo (Cujy) . These dogs have been saved my my daughter who loves animals. The other thing I want to say to you is that right now my freezer has quite a few Amy products in it. I do have to shy away from the Hot spicy foods, but a lot of the others I can eat and my husband too. We have to be careful of the salt content. That too, your doing quite well. But, we'd still like to see more salt free products and a lot less salt in some of your other products. First of all we're older folks and restriction on salt is foremost in our house. Drs. orders. But, you do make excellent products and from what I've seen in the compter in pictures, has convinced me to write and ask for less salt & sometimes too much garlic. The soups we love are the ones with less, n salt and less garlic. Quality control I can see is one of your company's strongest traits. Continued good luck with your company and for your daughter. You are a beautiful young lady. Your Mom and Dad are your treasures and you are theirs.

Most Sincerely and with deepest Gratitude for your hard work and your loving and caring ways for your fellow man.

Books! I had read about a Stanford group who read Mountains Beyond Mountains and then were so inspired that they raised lots of money with a Dance Marathon to send to Haiti to the medical clinic there where Paul Farmer, M.D. is doing such great work. The Dance Marathon is now in its 4th year. Hope you will have a chance to read that book too.

Amy,

I am dying to have your food, but I only eat kosher. Is there anyway you can get even some of your food certified by an accepted kashrut authority?

I am from NJ and know many communities here are dying to try some, but can't because of the current lack of kashrut.

Thanks,
John

What a great class! I was an English major for much of my college career, and I so miss those courses. I don't miss writing the papers, but I certainly miss being able to discuss the stories and hear what other people think of them. The Awakening, Gatsby, and Their Eyes... are some of my favorites. Along with Bartelby and his preferring not too, of course! Have fun with it!
